When you purchase a ticket to Hairdressing Unhinged, join our community, subscribe to updates, or contact us, we may collect information including your name, email address and payment information.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers including Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

provide access to Hairdressing Unhinged
send event updates and access information
provide access to community spaces and replay information
communicate with you about future Sair Zee projects if you choose to receive updates

By purchasing access to Hairdressing Unhinged, you agree to these terms.

Hairdressing Unhinged is a live virtual experience presented by Sair Zee.

Your ticket includes access to the live virtual show, replay access, and included community access as described at purchase.

Tickets are for individual use only. Please do not share private event links, passwords, or community access.

For Bring a Friend and Pull Up a Row tickets, each attendee must provide their own email address to receive their own access.

Event details, platforms, and access instructions may be updated where necessary.

Refund Policy

Because Hairdressing Unhinged is a digital live event with access provided before and during the event period, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
